College Baseball programs are only allowed to offer a limited number of scholarships each year, so the process of earning a scholarship is quite competitive. Each athletic association has their own rules regarding the delegation of scholarships and can consist of quarterly scholarships to full scholarships depending on the association, school, and baseball program.
